Who I Am.
My name is Derek Fletcher and I am a graduating from San Francisco State University. I am majoring in graphic design (vis com). I am interested in design surrounding advertising, marketing, print, publication, and magazines. I find my inspirations from modern layouts and minimalist style, classic early 60's advertising, art, and furniture. I eventually want to work in a design studio or at an advertising firm.

Hey Derek, great job on your presentation last night. I was thinking it could be interesting to see what response you'd get if you aimed your campaign at the families/friends of those affected by prostate cancer. Since a lot of men aren't really being active in taking charge of their own health, maybe taking a look at directing your ads towards people like their wives and kids might be effective, because they'll be the ones to remind their husbands/dads to get checked for this stuff. Just a thought.
